Manage Project Management System is a web-enabled
project management system which provides collaboration over the
world-wide web. This enhances the efficiency on projects that
requires collaborations across the border.
This project management system has been widely used by many organizations
and has been well recognized for its structured information distribution
system. The system distinguishes firm-side “Internal”
and client-side “External” information with password
authentication at several access level.
The project team will have exclusive access to the Internal Project
information while clients will be able to contribute within their
own respective Client Project.
Four access level of authentication
Administrators
• Full access to the system to maintain both business and
technical aspects of the system.
Managers
• Project administration access without system management
features.
• Managers can add/edit the database of clients, projects,
calendars, and reports.
Users
• Access only to the assigned Client Project for information.
Client
• Individual Client interface on own project for approval/rejection
of documents, file support requests, task review, messaging via
bulletin board.
Just Manage Project Management System has the capability
for providing project management within an intranet, across separate
network or both.
